Are there Dance Floor workshops?

There are workshops for trainers, practice group leaders, coaches and therapists to learn how to facilitate and include Dance Floors in their events. And for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding and NVC practice:

Many NVC trainers use Dance Floors as part of their workshops, e.g. in basic NVC trainings, or for certain topics like Anger, Shame, or Self Empathy. Contact trainers near you to ask if they use the Dance Floors.

Also many NVC practice groups use Dance Floors in their meetings.

Who can use the Dance Floors?

Everyone! You can use the NVC Dance Floors:

on your own
with your friends or colleagues
in your NVC practice group
in workshops you lead as a trainer or facilitator
in 1-to-1 sessions as a therapist, coach or counsellor
with couples
with children or youth groups
in businesses, prisons, monasteries, schools
in all other organisations and settings

Our Facilitator’s Handbook is useful for everyone who wants to understand how to use the Dance Floors to learn, experience and teach NVC. Available in English, French, German and Simplified Chinese. Shop here.

Are there videos I can watch?

We stream 6 hours of teaching video on Vimeo, also available as 3 DVDs here.
These videos offer in-depth learning, with detail about three of the Dances, and general learning you can transfer to using the other Dances.
