About the NVC Dance Floors

The NVC Dance Floors are used for learning, experiencing and teaching Nonviolent Communication (NVC). They are spatial maps made up of large cards that place NVC processes on the floor. People learning NVC step on the cards in whatever sequence is authentic to their process, often with coaching from a trainer, or support from their practice group.

About Nonviolent Communication (NVC): NVC is a practical, learnable tool for developing clarity, empathy, connection and compassion, with applications in both personal and social change.
