Delivery and Returns
Life Resources is the publisher of the NVC Dance Floors and other products. We supply these products and other products. We are based in the UK
We are a very a small business. We appreciate your understanding of the challenges of operating our business, and your support in making it viable
This 'Delivery and Returns' page gives briefer information. However, if anything on this page differs from our 'Terms and Conditions', then it is our 'Terms and Conditions' that apply.
Delivery method

We usually send parcels out via Royal Mail (the UK postal service). If you are in another country, Royal Mail will pass the parcel on to your country's postal service.

We usually used a 'Tracked' service, so we can identify where the parcel is en route, and when it has been delivered.

On request we can share the tracking number with you. (To save admin time/costs we don't routinely do this.)
Delivery time and process
This is affected by several factors

If you order printed Dance Floor cards, we print after receiving your order. It can take up to 7 days to print your order.

Packing and despatching your parcel can take up to 5 working days.

Your global location of course affects delivery time.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and is usually a maximum of 35 days of your order, worldwide
Import taxes

We do not pay your import taxes.

If you are in any country other than the UK, the parcel will be assessed by your import customs service. You may be required to pay import tax. In most cases your parcel will be held by your postal service until you have paid your import tax.

For this reason, we give the postal service your email address - the one you give us when you place your order. They will contact you via this email address, whenever necessary, to arrange Import Tax payment, and, if needed, to arrange delivery.
Delivery address
We will deliver your parcel to the address you typed into the check out form when you placed your order.
Returns
Please read our Terms and Conditions 4.1 to 4.5 for details about returning your order.

If you are in any way not satisfied with your products, please email us before returning any items, to discuss how we can best sort this out, to meet both your needs and our needs.

Please consider our challenges as a very small business before considering returning an item.

We post heavy items around the world, and delivery costs are high.

We ask you to only place an order if you are sure you want to receive these goods. Please do not place orders simply to view the goods, and then decide whether you want to keep them.

If you do return your order, you are liable to pay the return delivery cost.

Only return items that are in new condition, and can be re-sold. (Unless of course you are returning items because they got damaged before you received them).
Events beyond our control
Things happen that can prevent our parcel reaching you in the usual time frame.
